Overview

I am a hobbyist. My goal is to work with beautiful fabrics and hardware, to create one-of-a-kind handcrafted bags and accessories that will make people happy!

I am not operating a business. I am doing my best to sew for good and help local charities during this particularly challenging time. I also hope to add some color and fun to everyday life.

My objective is always your 100% satisfaction with any commission. I work hard to ensure that the items I handcraft exceed your expectations.

Please note that none of the items I create are intended to be used as toys. I do not make warranties nor do I accept liability for how accessories function or how they are used.

Deposit

I do not expect full payment in advance although, if I am purchasing fabric or other materials that are specific to your order, I may request a deposit. This is something we would discuss and agree to prior to me starting your project.

Refunds

Once you have taken delivery of handcrafted items, I do not provide refunds.

Defects

If a problem arises (within 120 days) with something I have created and if the problem can be traced to my workmanship, I will always endeavour to promptly correct the problem to the best of my ability.

Exchanges

If you select a ready-made item (as opposed to a made-to-order item) and if a gift recipient would like to exchange it for another ready-made item of equal value, I will do my best to accommodate an exchange within 10 days. After 10 days, please don’t ask me to agree to an exchange.

I do not offer exchanges on custom orders.

Care Instructions

Please note that handcrafted accessories are not intended to be laundered in washing machines, clothes dryers or dry cleaning solutions. If you have specific needs with respect to durability and/or laundering, please advise me before you make a selection. If you wish to use a product like Scotchguard after taking delivery, please let me know and I will give you some fabric to test before you use anything on your custom bag. Please do not use Scotchguard on your bag hardware, on vinyl, faux leather, cork or zippers under any circumstances.
